Transfer Prescription

If you’re interested in transferring your current prescription to Quality Compounding Solutions Pharmacy, fill out the online form below or call us at (253) 854-0045. Our pharmacist will then take the following steps:

· Contact your current pharmacy

· Process your medications 

· Prepare your medication to mail out or delivery for free 

Please allow up to 24 hours for prescription transfers. QCS Pharmacy team member will reach out as soon as we are able should we need any additional information. If you need to speak with a pharmacist right away,
